What will you do in this job?

  • Work in conjunction with Front Desk team to assist with a variety of guest & employee needs
  • Arrange guest activity bookings – this may include boat tours, horseback rides, tee times, rafting trips, shuttle transportation, room reservations, rental cars, etc
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures of shuttles for guests and drivers
  • Arrange, sell, and book transportation and tours throughout Glacier
  • Assist guests by providing information about local area and special events and tours in the lodge area
  • Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
  • Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Previous Concierge experience preferred but not required – we are happy to train!
  • Ability to memorize information about local area and activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
  • Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
  • Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
  • Be organized with a great eye for detail
  • Be kind to others and always bring your best
